As a resident, I have not been able to reset my password for a month. The app keeps logging off and makes it difficult to use. Timing is totally wrong. I don’t know why someone will use this app. It’s so frustrating.

The app hardly ever works, and doesn’t open for me majority of the time. Makes it impossible to actually use the app, and there’s absolutely no support or solutions for the issue

This system has been implemented at my university and the general consensus here is negative. This app has made doing laundry even more stressful. 4thID needs to go.

Great system and app, very easy to use. But, I wish there was a way to favorite or bookmark areas instead of having one area page that has every single registered machine area in the country. I have to scroll down through the list and search for my machines, or go through my account history to access it.

This app is pretty cool. I don’t have to carry around a card to get into our gym or pool! Everything is handled with my phone. This app also looks great and is easy to navigate. It just makes sense!

Surprising that this kind of technology isn’t more commonplace… I no longer have to worry about a key fob all the time. Just wave my phone and I’m in. It’s awesome

Can’t tell you how many times my key fob hasn’t worked or I forgot it. I never leave home without my phone or watch. Love that convenience and the app works well.

It’s simple. I go jogging and just use my Apple Watch to get back into my building. So great.

As a housing provider, this has been a great service to give my residents the reassurance of access control that better suits their tech needs, more robust communication methods to keep them up to date on time sensitive announcements, and overall create more value for all parties to ensure an enjoyable living experience. I’m excited to see how expansive this service partner will be going forward.

So far the app is awesome. Super slick UI, easy to navigate, and makes for a pretty seamless experience with my building and access for friends. Definitely recommend it!
