I would give this app a 5-star rating because it was that good and helpful but I was very disappointed seeing that very few sessions were actually available for free. You should at least make most of the 5 minute sessions for free and the longer ones for premium. Please make more free sessions available soon.
This is my favorite relaxation app by far. Different options for guided meditation and visualization. Great for calming anxiety and helping you sleep. Definitely worth getting the 10 minute extended sessions.
I needed this today. I appreciate there being a few free offerings. The yacht one helped.
These meditation sessions are amazing! Even just the five minute session and I feel MUCH better! My anxiety goes down and it has really helped my blood pressure. Along with deep breathing. I love that you can just do it for five minutes or longer if you have time. Such a great idea. And the music/sounds with her voice are perfect. Glad I found this AP!!

This app helps me to clear my mind, focus on my breathing, and relax. I use it right before I go to sleep, and I am able to fall asleep faster and more peacefully as I feel a sense of calm.

I’ve only listened to two five minute escapes, and am already impressed by the background music they utilize: it’s not the typical drawl I’ve been subjected to in other meditation apps....they’ve really taken their time to provide quality sounds and rhythms and the voice on the soundscapes kept my gentle attention the entire duration!...I must say I am impressed and am looking forward to future mental, physical, and spiritual escapes!!!!
