What a waste of my money the voice was very off putting and the time well where was that none there at all what scientists use that musics to repair dna. It’s a frequency not music. I want my money back

Unfortunately, I found that the speakers tone of voice made me feel very uncomfortable. I found it dark, and intimidating, and lacking sensitivity. It may work for you, but it doesn't for me. My recommendation to anyone who is depressed, is to try Mindfulness by Mark Williams., which I found to be enormously therapeutic.

I'm sorry, I really wanted to give this a good review, but I'm unable to. I have been looking for a good meditation technique - and judging by the packaging and other reviews, it seemed worth giving a try. I'm not quite sure who this is aimed at and, without wanting to stereotype or offend anyone, it does kind if feel like it was made for ever so slightly neurotic, busy, middle-class working girls, who have their organic frappaccinos on the move. I do quite a bit of landscaping and building work and, somehow, this just went way over my head. Perhaps I'm missing something, but when I was asked to take a walk through a 'magical' forest and become aware of the presence of angels (angels?!!) guiding and protecting me, including the spirits of animals supporting me - well, that was it. Unfortunately I don't believe in either and it all became gradually too airy-fairy for me. I'm sorry gents, but I need something more grounded and less tinkly. Also, I may be wrong, but aren't the two guided meditations entitled 'awake' and 'asleep' identical in text and music? I think I just need to sit down, close my eyes and do it the good old fashioned way - concentration and a bit of effort without the aid of recordings. I apologise for the negativity, and it is obvious that many have benefited from this technique. Oh Christ, it's just me isn't it!

I am really feeling some positive benefits since using this app. I feel lighter, healthier, more energized, centered and emotional balanced. I also see a difference in my attitude towards others, a more loving attitude, which in return is bringing a more love and joy into my life. An amazing app, which for the price of a pint of beer, is fantastic value for money!

I bought this a long time ago with all of the Solfeggio frequencies and use this and the rest on and off and really do like them. The meditations and music are great, but they don’t play on the Lock Screen which is a giant pain. If you have your screensaver set to come on in four minutes, the meditation is going to turn off promptly when the Lock Screen goes on which interrupts your flow. You also can’t just put on headphones or enjoy the music in the background to get you into a good vibration while doing other things because as soon as the phone goes to sleep, or you open a browser to do something else the music immediately shuts off. I noticed that there is a new app that contains all of the Solfeggio scales that I bought, but these purchases don’t restore in there even though they are exactly the same-I am not sure if those will play on the lock screen or not. The other thing is whenever I get a new phone and I need to re-download these that I purchased, sometimes it will say one or more are not available in my country or region. Right now I can’t download the 741 to my new iPad even though I purchased it because it says it’s not available in my country. 🤦‍♀️ well that said the meditations and music are excellent.
