App crashes all the time, will randomly say load is complete even when you haven’t arrived at drop off, will randomly not upload your BOL, will randomly log you out during your drive shift. Worst dispatching app I have ever used as a driver.

Dispatch is Ai .. that’s not smart.. point’s system is unreliable and unjust., The humans in charge act like they can’t fix the system errors that grossly impact our gross ! It’s very flawed! We loose money cuz of their flawed system! It’s a Ponzi scheme at best!!!

New points system is completely useless and absurd . They’ve created a new way to rob you for their lack . This is not grade school we are truck drivers not kiddos needing a gold star! Pay us for the work and waiting accordingly that’s it

This company will run you until you wreck. They don’t care about hours of service. If you don’t do what they want you will be punished with demotion or wages. They have no sympathy for drivers. They will give you 1 load on your entire shift (14-20 hours) and still expect you to pay trailer rental and if you decide to take more than 60 hours off they deduct $400. Regardless of when you were available. They up from your last load. So if you only got one load your time starts from there. Fmcsa should be notified about them.

The app malfunctioned so I deleted it and downloaded it again. But now I cant log in. I’ve requested several codes, and reset my password several times. I keep getting a “contact support”, message. How do I contact support?

I haven’t gotten a load in two days. Support stated that I’m eligible to receive loads and that other drivers are waiting but my team members click in after me and receive loads and I still have yet to receive a load

Dark mode would not hurt for night drivers. Also please fix the “you need to approve this load” when it has been approved and that red mark is just staring at you for months. Overall good interface

Easy to use app, would be a little better if users can have a “comment” section to communicate with everyone else. Also if location could turn off after closing app or when you are done working.
