639hz Solfeggio Sonic Meditation by Glenn Harrold & Ali Calderwo

Hoping to hear the simple frequency without all of the noise. This has noise that interferes with the frequency. Water and singing. I can deal with the water. But the singing does not sound good at all. It grates on my nerves causing stress and frustration. Waste of money, this app is.

I highly recommend anything by Glenn Harrold. I have been regularly listening to his hypnosis/meditations for several years now. This is one of my favorites and truly helps me re-center and fall asleep at night. Thank you!!

Great app, it brings out feelings that I haven't felt in a long time. I love that I can fall asleep every time and feel lighter each time. So thank you; thank you for guiding me into this unsuspecting inner me. Looking forward to some of your other apps:)

Glenn Harrold has really made a difference with all of his hypnosis apps I've used. I rarely sleep without playing one. I am sensitive to tone and sound, and his skillful mix of hypnosis and hertz therapy really helps me calm down at night.

These meditations are so amazing. U owe it to yourself to get them and evolve to places u didn't even know existed

Worth every penny!!!

I've tried lots of guided hypnosis sessions and meditations. This series is the best, by far. I actually feel physical shifts and changes in my body while listening. Glenn's words are powerful and fitting. He states everything in positive terms, which is very important in these types of recordings. The music is magical. I highly recommend this entire series!

Love this app!!! Glen is amazing. I listen to the "awake" version thru headphones while working or even on a walk and instantly feel better. Glen, thank you for the amazing work you do-you are a gem!!!

Very relaxing
