6th Sense Live

După două-trei comenzi rămâne blocată

My AC is OFF, but in 6th Sense Live app appear that is ON. This situation appears often in my account and I’m unabble anymore to turn it on/off. Everytime, I need to delete the AC-1 from my account and add it back to restore it.

The app get blocked the second day of use and it is still blocked after 6 days. Only errors! (There is Wi-Fi connection!!!)

Aplicația se tot blocheaza si nu te poti bucura de partea smart! Merge ok o zi doua si gata, apoi nu mai raspunde la comenzi. Aerul funcrioneaza, dar partea de smart e foarte proasta!

Impossible to use

Can you guys fix this app for the love of god,it works when it wants for the ac units the wifi conection

Not sure why this app even exists. It never workes. I even raised a ticket with customer support and they’re answer was that they are aware and that there server is overwhelmed…. This is the reason why I bought a smart AC. To be able to control the AC remotely…I solved the problem with a 20$ universal remote that has an app that actually works.

App was ok until the update , now i cannot use it at all , it hangs, remains blocked … please do something !!!!

The app is totally useless. To start an ac it takes about 5 minutes if you are lucky because it always remains stuck in loading circle. Even if you can get there, there’s no option to select the fan level. It’s faster and more convenient to call a neighbor to open it for you from the remote
