I’ve had this app for years and have never had a problem until recently. For the first time I tried placing an order for delivery through the app. It glitched and told me to try again and I’d be refunded. ??? Now the app won’t even load for me anymore. I’ve uninstalled and absolutely nothing.

I wish this app worked for the GA location. I’ve been collecting points and even have a birthday reward that I can’t use because it won’t let me order in the app at the GA location. PLEASE fix this.

This used to be a great simple app now it glitches so often every time I attempt to place an order it tells me to reset the app and I have to literally uninstall and reinstall in order for it to work terrible!! Inconvenient unreliable

The App is easy to use. Got a new phone, logged in using the same email address, new account :). I lost all the leaves I have been saving during my 2 years of being a loyal customer

Figuring out how to redeem my birthday drink despite following the instructions, did not work. Almost think these bugs are purposeful so free drinks cannot be redeemed.

I originally created an account using the Sign-in with Apple options and earned close to 700 reward points. However, when I upgraded my phone and tried to log back into my account using Sign-in with Apple, it created a NEW account for me and refused to log me back to my old account, so I lost all of my rewards. This app is such a scam.

i like this app but i’ve ordered from it/scanned my barcode at the store multiple times and i still only have 30 Leaves. i feel like i should have more since i’ve come in many times and one drink is 30 Leaves on its own. seems like a bug

As of August 2024, the app looks easy to navigate and it was easy for me to look up locations near me based on where I am. However, I wish that payment options included PayPal, as Apple Pay is giving me a difficult time to add my credit card there, and adding my credit card info directly onto the app feels unsafe in the long term, given the more I spread my info onto more apps, the more likely I will suffer in a data breach. I'd rather have specialized and limited amounts of apps store and be responsible with my information as much as possible. I also wish there was a feature that allowed you to scan your receipts, in case a cashier hasn't asked for you to scan for points and/or you forgot to ask as well. Fetch does scanning printed receipts pretty well, and I think it serves as a good template. Other than that I don't have any other complaints; I haven't found a tea I really like yet but that's more on my end.

1) Why is this a “oh, you gotta show your QR Code before purchases” system instead of a “Hi there are you signed up with our rewards program?” ? 2) Why isn’t the rewards program just tied to a phone number instead of a QR code on an app? 3) employees DONT even ask or remind customers about the existence of a rewards program. 3) It seems like yall don’t want ppl to get rewards points. Other boba shops will advertise “Download Our App for perks and rewards!” And employees will actively promote or remind customers of it.

I like 7 Leaves and have ordered a lot from other delivery places. Their app is terrible. Tracking is sketchy and takes forever. And if your tracking just never works and your order disappears, there is no way to contact ANYONE to resolve it. No support at all! It doesn’t even tell me what 3rd party service they use for delivery. I just threw my money in the trash I guess?
