Excellent app, good home workout plan!
I’ve been using this app for years and it’s a good way to stay in shape from home. It’s tracks everything for you, I use it on my phone & IPad, and you can adjust it to your needs! OVERALL GREAT! I recommend this app for everybody!
Great App, but...
I’ve bought the iPhone version and some time after I’ve bought the iPad version. Unfortunately the both version don’t sync thru iCloud. Too bad!

Just does whT it says it will. That’s worth five stars these days.
Key feature is useless
iCloud sync has never worked for me. Don’t even know why it’s a setting.
Not cool
I purchased this app on my iPad and was very disappointed when I tried to open it on my iPhone but couldn’t, because I have to purchase a different one for my phone.
Sweaty and puffing in 7 minutes
I haven't worked out in a while, so this was a good push to get me at it again. I airplayed the workout to the tv from my iPad. You can run through it more than once, or simply repeat some exercises for extra benefit. I lowered the step-ups and did my lunges to the back. Great little workout!
No update plans
Nice app but won't be supported in IOS 11, don't buy and don't pay for IAP

I finally lost the weight !
I cannot recommend this app enough! I had a great metabolism that started to slow after my mid 20s. Before 35 I could easily lose weight I gained by diet and working out .
When I turned 35, I gained 10 pounds that I tried to lose for almost 2 years. I dieted and worked out and nothing worked . Anytime I had a bad day of eating, I'd gain it all back.
I was determined to lose the weight and made a New Years resolution to lose it . I added 7 minute work out and kept on watching what I was eating and running 3 miles a day on my elliptical. I'll admit I have bad will power and a bad sweet tooth but even when I had a bad day or two , after adding the 7 minute workout, I started losing weight ! Not a lot of weight . Just a pound or so a week but that was all I needed . I also started to get better definition in my arms , legs, and stomach .
I do my 7 minute workout every day and now am not really watching my diet as closely but i have maintained my weight for a month now . I couldn't be happier and will do this workout forever. I love that I can maintain my weight now and still eat my cake ! Best money I ever spent !
