75 Soft Challenge – Fit & Fun

Like most, I’ve been looking for an app to help track my progress. I like how customizable this app is but I’m sad you can upload or save progress photos. It’s usable but not the whole package I was looking for.

This app is great! The structure is super helpful and I can already feel myself getting healthier. I’m excited to have this app going into the new year!

This is the fitness app I have been waiting for and I absolutely love it! 10/10

I tried doing 75 Hard a few years ago but it was ways too intense for me. I love this app and how encouraging it is, plus I can adjust the challenge to make sure it’s right for me! Game changer!!

Just what I needed, so simple and I love the design.

I always liked the idea of 75 hard but when I tried it out I realized that the actions didn’t feel sustainable for me. Then I found 75 soft. This app has helped me create healthy habits that are much more achievable for me. Definitely recommend!

Really loved using this app to help me achieve my health goals. Loved the functionality, reminders and app configuration. So easy to use and honestly such a worthwhile small investment for a big payoff
