its good for the most part. but there is one particular driver i get often and he never actually comes to pick up spot i have to walk all the way to the front of my neighborhood plus at times he'll start the ride even though he isnt there either. besides him everyone else is fine

It’s rapist on this app don’t use the driver just followed me up after the ride was over.
