You need to fix your app. Crashes frequently. I’m on latest iPhone hardware and OS.

The app seems to rarely load. When the app does load, videos take a long time to buffer (up to a minute in some cases). This is regardless of internet or mobile connection. I have also tested after updates and the problem persists. Paying hundreds per year to be provided an app like this is not acceptable.
