A Passport 2 Breathe was created to help those who have been strong for too long. The community provides a safe place to take a break, speak their truth, be heard, be understood, and not be judged. Too many "happy" people are dying from living in silence. They are secretly going through Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, and Grief. This mental health community application will help you understand, cope, manage, and explain your struggles to others (If you want to).
You will learn how to conquer living a mentally healthy lifestyle through disorder-specific courses, exercises, chat rooms, video recordings, and live events. A Passport 2 Breathe provides a space for like-minded individuals to gather in a safe place of non-judgment.
By using this application the goal is to remove the feelings of being unheard, misunderstood, and ignored, and to task the happy mask off before it's too late.

The download of A Passport 2 Breathe is free of charge. There is no free trial. Should you use A Passport 2 Breathe app, we offer one of the following options:

Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account after the trial period and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing. One Time Payments will only be charged one time initially.
