Leider stützt die App nach der Auswahl SEHENSWÜRDIGKEITEN AUF IHRER REISE ab. Deshalb nur 4 Sterne. Ansonsten eine sehr sinnvolle und hilfreiche App; im Gegensatz zu der Aroasa-Hotel App.

App geht nicht
Anmeldung aktuell nicht möglich. Vorher ging die Getränke Bestellung schon nicht. Vor dem letzten Update ging alles super.
Sinnlose App
Nach Abfahrt des Schiffes ist die App tot. Nur immer „Etwas schief gelaufen“. Abstimmungen mit dem Schiff Fehlanzeige. Keine Aktualisierungen mit den Schiffseigenen Arrangements. So etwas braucht man nun wirklich nicht. Update 4.10.23 App immer noch rot. App deinstalliert und wieder neu = alles funktioniert, nach Neuaufruf der App gleiches Problem „Etwas schiefgegangen“ also weiterhin nicht funktionierende völlig überflüssige App
Totalausfall
Geht seit dem letzten Update vor 2 Wochen schon wieder nicht. Ups da ist was schief gelaufen … erneut probieren. Nerv!!!!!
Weather feature
The new weather feature is helpful. It is displayed twice though. Maybe the next release of the app will correct this small mistake.
Super App
Einfach eine tolle App. Ich erhalte alle Infos, die ich benötige. Was ich früher alles bei einer Reise ausgedruckt habe und jetzt? Alles auf dem Handy - toll.
Funktionsfähigkeit der AROSA App
Habe mir die App heruntergeladen. Nachdem ich die geforderten Angaben gemacht hatte, erhielt ich folgenden Hinweis, versuchen Sie es erneut. Auch nach mehreren Anläufen an unterschiedlichen Tagen blieb das Ergebnis Null. Jedes Mal erhielt ich den Hinweis versuchen Sie es erneut. Anspruch und Wirklichkeit liegen weit auseinander. Meinerseits kann ich App nicht empfehlen.
Nicht aktuell
Wenn vier Tage vor der Reise immer noch die vor Wochen geänderte Fahrtroute angezeigt wird (inklusive der wegen der Änderung obsoleten aber immer noch buchbaren Ausflüge), ist die App für mich nutzlos. Die anderen Funktionen werde ich erst gar nicht ausprobieren.
Da ist noch so manches zu tun!
Der Countdown zum Beginn der Reise funktioniert nicht mehr. Allerdings sind die wichtigsten Informationen zur Reise und zum Schiff abrufbar. Alles in allem eine brauchbare App, wenn auch in manchem gut gemeint aber noch nicht gut gemacht!
