A Simple Pause

This is my go to app each morning. The soothing voices of the speakers combined with biblical truth calm my spirit and bring a gentle entry into my day. Very grateful for this beautiful app and all of the options to stop, rest and reset during my day.

A simple Pause is just a wonderful help to facilitate and make easy a life giving and restoring practice. Whether it’s scripture reading or Visio or Audio divina - this is a gem of an app to help one slow and be still to hear from God.

I really love this app. I try to do one exercise every day. I find myself looking forward to prayer and spending time with the Lord.
