Search function is useless. App does not work properly. Waste of time. Better off using another taxi service.

I have never used this taxi company before but downloaded the app to see how much a fare would be in comparison to skyline. The app is awful and glitchy, I had to restart it multiple times and it was complicated to use. It would only give me the option to book the taxi once I finally got to the point where I could input the information correctly and it didn’t give me a price. Unfortunately due to the terrible app you have not gained a new customer and I will continue to use Skyline and will not be recommending A1 taxis.

Very good improvement of the App. Easy to book via phone and appears on the App nicely.

Impatient, expensive and rude service

Use this company taxis for more then 10 years.Never book a taxi from another company but for last 2 years something is changed and not for good.Drivers was very rude ,operators charge every week different prices.Never ever again book this company taxi.

Rubbish taxi service. Lies when asked where you taxi is when it’s 10 mins late and told not my problem!!! Won’t use them again.

Doesn’t work most of the time

This app has so many bugs! For example you click on pick location and if you’ve typed it in wrong it goes into a loop and won’t let you click back and keeps pushing for the destination. The app is so simplistic and really aged. The locations don’t even show on a map to make sure the right place has been clicked. My address isn’t even on the app, even though the address has been up for two years. I don’t even know where to start and end with this app. It’s so awful. Nothing positive. Also I pre booked a taxi in the end and it went past the time of pick up and nobody even updated to start the taxi is still not there!!! I had to call for them to say 10 mins at which point I just cancelled.

Input issues, lag, meaningless booking time slots and terrible user interface, all topped off with the near pointless option to call the depot to be lectured about traffic and how booking in advance doesn’t mean you get a car for when you request. As if you’re a moron and it’s entirely your fault. Genuinely just walk.

Waited outside their rank as was told taxi would be 20 minutes. Other people turned up after and got cabs before 35 minutes later get a cab. This app is garbage like their service.
