Thought I’d try an alternative to Uber for once and pre booked with A1. Never again. Didn’t turn up and when I called said it would be 15 minutes. Would have missed my train if it hadn’t been for Uber who picked me up in 5 mins. Avoid.

You can have it precooked for hours then a couple mins before it’s due it will randomly cancel

I have been massively impressed with the professionalism of A1 staff. Always arrive on time. Felt reassured to use them during COVID as all precautions are in place in my experience.
