بنك غير صالح للتعامل مع العملاء وسئ جدا بقالى شهر مقدمة طلب ان الحساب يتقفل واتصل يقولولى شغال متقفلش والكول سنتر بيقولوا ملناش دعوة اتوجهى للفرع هل ده يعقل امال شغلتهم ايه اصلا دى فيزا للقبض واى بنك اتعاملت معاه للقبض بيتقفل على طول طالما قفلنا التعامل معاه وكل ما اتصل بالفرع اكتر من نص ساعة الخط مفتوح ولم يتم الرد هل ده يعقل ولا هى ابتزاز للعملاءلسحب مصاريف وخلاص

Every single time I open the app I need to write the username and password again! Just save the login info and enable log in with FACE/TOUTCH ID!

Very Bad mobile app for this bank and it was a very big mistake to be a customer at AAIB bank

لا خدمات ف التطبيق لا تحويل بين الحسابات بطريقة مرنة مشكلة مكررة في الفتح بسبب اعطال لا رؤية ولا متابعة لما يقوموا به المبدعين ف البنوك الاخري ويكأن المطورين هنا أ - ب برمجة لا ارشح احد لهذا البنك واحاول تصحيح الخطأ حينما يتوفر لدي الوقت لذلك

Biometric login is not working

لا يتناسب مع اسم البنك نهائيا من عمل الابلكشن مبتدء يجب ان يتعلم من باقى البنوك

They deceive customers who are not aware of the discount procedures. The bank robs people in the name of policies and procedures. It is the worst bank compared to other banks. Do not be fooled by their policy, it is a modern method of fraud

Tokens generated do not work on mobile app when outside Egypt Generated token entered during travel are not accepted by AAIB mobile app for domestic money transfer. Keep getting error message: oops something went wrong. I live abroad and have no way to access or manage my money!!!!! I am traveling back to Cairo to close my account with AAIB - this is beyond ridiculous.
