Charging a fee for a credit card transaction is bad, but a fee for an ACH?!?! That should be illegal!!!
It is difficult to switch between accounts and to know how much is due.
Performance, customer service and other important variables are overlooked
App refuses me to login with same credentials which work on website page.
If you login and click on a page, don't complete and come back later, it won't open the same page, it just loops! Logout and come back in, still looping!
Terrrible that if I don’t set up autopay, just pay month by month online, they charge a lot extra not just a dollar or two
Cannot reset password. No website to do this through- just redirects to the app. Can’t make a payment. Just useless
App refused to accept password (stored in password manager, so not an issue of it being forgotten). Tried to reset it, but app says “incorrect credentials” as soon as you submit a new password, sends an email saying “password successfully changed”, then refuses to allow login saying the password is incorrect. Tried it again some 5 times before giving up. I am locked out. App is objectively terrible.
Keep signing me out and won’t let me log back in. It’s like the app just refreshes itself to make me log in again.
