In a 24 hours, I can't access my account at least for 5 minutes! Every important time when I'm going to login, most of the times its showing could not connect to server!! Even I can't refresh that loading!! I've to restart my phone, and need to try several times like this!! Nonsense app in digital time!

I can’t select my beneficiary details while transferring funds. Then what’s the meaning of adding beneficiary? I have to manually type all the details, even if I have them saved! Please fix it asap.

The app is very simple and easy to use. However, signing in every time is a hassle as I need to type user ID and password.
What’s the meaning of adding beneficiary accounts if the app doesn’t let us use them. Please change the authentication system to a simple one. Need much more improvement all over.
