I've got lots of hot girls on from my AWESOME!!!! Abs.
Pretty good
Pretty good app, I like anything that encourages physical activity but it is mainly targeted at men and has slightly sexist reminder notifications such as "girly man" ect. Has good explanations of exercises and more challenging options which is good

It really does work your abs not enough tho I think you will have to do each set twice for it to be very effective

When using this app i can feel my abs burning. It gives your abs a great workout.
Great App. Works the abs well.
With the latest version, all bugs seem gone. App does work the abdominal muscles well. Only time will tell, but still trying to get a 6 pack.
