This app is incredible. I am 13 and have a 6 pack coming on nicely. The exercises don’t require (to my knowledge) any equipment. The workouts can be set from short (6 minutes), medium (8 minute) and long (10 minutes). I can do the workouts as many times as I like without being stopped. The app also does not stop your workout in the middle with an add. One last thing, a running program needs motivation, these workouts/exercises don’t need that. You just set your time and level and then start. I am really considering downloading another one of their apps.

This should be as easy as signing up but there is no way I can find this option. Please release me!

For all the fitness freaks out there, this is a must have app. The UI design and the functionality is to be commended. Well done devs.

This app has some useful routines. But the ads are too frequent. Otherwise, it is good

I can get past the intense barrage of pop ups but why would you charge the same as a full gym membership a month. I have just got dumber.

That was the dumbest move a good app like this can make. This was my favorite app
