Please either remove the email verification or fix it: it’s still an issue as we have yet to receive email verification. I know there’s a work around to allow the kiddos to play but part of why we bought was the tracking for parents. This shouldn’t be a hard fix.

The account verification code was never received.

Unable to register. Verification email never gets sent. Yes I checked spam…. After multiple attempts, I’m at a loss of what to do…..

We couldn’t even get this installed. Tried getting verification email resent several times.. nothing.

Parents, don’t despair you don’t actually need this useless app. You can just download the one for your kit and start right up. Abacus, If you want people to use this, you need to check your system is actually sending out the emails. All folders checked and 24 hours later, no email. Also re-word your boom to state this step IS NOT required. Thankfully we just skipped this so we could enjoy this Christmas Morning.

I see reviews from a year ago saying they could never register or confirm their eMail address. Clearly the app / toy developer hasn’t bothered to fix this because I can’t get the registration to work either. My daughter was excited to receive this but I can already tell the quality must be poor if the app doesn’t work and the company won’t take the time to fix it.

Got this Christmas morning and won’t send email confirmation, kids were so excited for this too.

I am not sure if it’s because it’s Christmas and there might be a jam but i have been waiting to get the link registration for the past 4 hours and had it resent twice but I am yet to receive it.

Love this app and all the professor kits for my kids. Now I can see their progress and the app - works great with me and my wife’s phone. Will be using it a lot!
