Sound never works

My daughter loves this app but the sound NEVER works on it. I don’t know how to fix it and have even deleted it and redownloaded it.

Unable to cancel

Don’t buy . Can’t find a way to cancel subscription without having to jump through hoops and having to contact them directly

No sound

Worked once but after that the sound stopped functioning.

Not good at all.

The app advertises 7 day trial with ability to cancel if needed. There is no area on the settings section for cancellation “at any time,” as stated. This app isn’t user friendly. Worse of all, you can use it on more than one device or more than one user. Not economical or practical. Please allow people to be able to cancel trial before the 7 days.

My child can’t learn from this if doesn’t have sound and i paid for a subscription
