Sign in flaw

App worked great until it logged me out of the app. You have no way of getting logged back in as OTP no longer works. This is the same for a 2nd iCabbi app. Major flaw to not be able to sign back in Contacted iCabbi via email, no response. Contacted ABC Taxis, they offer no support for app, not even an app helpline number.

Terrible company - avoid at all costs

Quote you a price and then over charge you for no reason.

Broken App

When trying to register it does not send a code to the specifed number given. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible.

Broke!!

App has been down for over a month and won’t let me register! Still not fixed even when reported.
