Love the service; and don’t know if this is a function of gate access or the neighborhood, but the kiosk is pretty “wonky” regarding the fast pass. Can be a frustration getting the QR to read.

I love this app! It’s simple to use and I can add my guest and what makes it even better is that I will get a notification when that guest has been allowed through the gate. It allows me time to put my pets up and I can’t speak highly enough about it.

Ok. First time using this but not immediately intuitive. How do I make a guest permanent?

Permanent access needs to be permitted for family and close friends!

we have friends coming daily for car pool. Such a pain to have to remember to update passes monthly.
