Great company, lovely food… seriously great quality meats too… the only improvement I can think off would be to let the customers decide what is a « favourite «

I love this company I love the fact that all products are fresh, recyclable containers and I’m supporting local farmers

Can’t even use the service because the app won’t add my payment details even after confirming with the bank and trying atleast dozen times the app can’t add my payment details. Disappointing.

I am a longstanding Able & Cole Box lover… years of veg boxes! The app should surely make the process of ordering, altering or cancelling the box easier nor more complicated - why do I have to sign in to the app nearly every time I use it? Please make this process easier. Love the produce but do not love the app.

Able & Cole has actually been life changing for me . Suffering with a serious health issue for years & needing to get my diet right had been such a challenge . I can get everything I need from them . I get organic fruit & veg & can make great bone broth from the carcass they sell . The micro greens & mushrooms are a great add on when I’m burnt out but need good nutrition . Great choose of dairy free & gluten free . They even cover my digs needs . We are healthier & happy . The delivery is convenient. The lack of plastic covering my food is refreshing . Recycling is awesome . My passion for helping sustainable farmers & producers thrive in the uk is met by using able & Cole . Plus I’m even spending less & waisting less . THANKYOU !

This makes it very difficult to alter as it’s not always obvious that an item has been automatically added for every week or two weeks. For example, I get the message that I have no scheduled items but lentils get delivered every week despite me not having ordered every week.

Good products but I dislike the way they deduct funds automatically from your payment details when you haven’t completed orders for future weeks. This is incredibly sneaky and annoying, I’ve had to close my account with them.

Always excellent fresh quality. Great friendly service from delivery drivers. Website and app easy to navigate.

I am always pleased with my order. The website is clear and informative which helps to make a good decision.

The app doesn’t recognise my account. Using the web page is way too complicated.
