If I could give this app 0 stars I would. Idk what happened to this app but every time I open it, I am logged out and when I try to re-log in, it says my account is temporarily locked and that I should reset my password but I’ve already done that twice. I have to use the web browser to log in instead but PLEASE FIX THE APP!

I have used this app for a long time and typically find it user friendly. For the last week it has not allowed me to access the app- citing that it needs an update. When I come to the App Store it says I have updated to the latest version. I am disappointed that I have not been able to use the app

Get real dude. I’m not updating my phone to shop on your app.

Every time I open the app I have to re-log in and it says my password is wrong even though I have never changed it.

whoever designed the new update what was the need to make it only compatible with ios 17?? this is a clothing app, there was no need to be dramatic with it.

I had to make two returns today (26 Dec.). Karina was the worker who I dealt with. She went above and beyond to help me with my returns. She was very helpful and very kind. She’s true asset to the staff at Abercrombie & Fitch at the Miramar Outlets in Estero, FL. Thank you Karina again.

Glitchy

Do not select in store pickup as an option. The app gave me an estimated pickup for my item two weeks after the order which seemed like a long wait, but I figured maybe they would arrive early. I was wrong. It is now 3 weeks later and the order is still in transit to the store. Imagine ordering an item December 1st and having it not even arrive by Christmas. Not to mention customer service has no information as to where the items are or if they have even shipped.
