I made workouts in the app from a workout plan I found online and it works great. The Apple Watch app is nice for keeping me on track without having to look at my phone all the time.
This app is great for transforming workouts I’ve written in my notes app to real workouts that track my progress and time. It’s clean and easy to use as well!
It’s a really simple and clean app to navigate, and I love that you can choose between number of reps or time in seconds. I also love the text to speech feature. I just have one gripe with the app: the subscription service. I hate subscription services, especially when this one limits the amount of workouts you can make. I would totally prefer to pay a one time fee. It’s a great app overall though.
I used to make my own workouts in this app & do them several times a week BUT NOW you’re limited to doing 5 a month for free! Now you have to pay a monthly subscription fee in order to do more than 5, absolute rip off! I would pay for someone to send me workouts 5 times a month but I did the work myself of making the routine. I will be finding a new app to use that hasn’t turned into a total scam.
Easy to program, easy to use.
for making my workout time easier
I'm teaching a class this weekend and used this interval timer to set up the varying intervals needed. However, upon saving all of my "time" intervals were deleted and I was left with an entire workout of just "rest". Seems the "time" input isn't working very well and I'm none too pleased to be awake at 5am to practice my class and now have to find a new timer to reprogram my intervals into
This app is really solid. Does everything you want it to and the interface is great.
ABIT is awesome - it gets out of your way and let’s you track your workout how you want. It is infinitely nicer than the stock clock / timer app.
