I am not able to update the new updates and it’s stop working

The application interface is ugly and is not modern / flexible as other Kuwaiti banks

App doesn’t update or work when traveling outside Kuwait. Useless when one needs it the most.

When am outside Kuwait I can’t login via the app unless I use VPN. Now after last update I can’t login when I use VPN and I can log in normal. Every time there is an issue.

It will be really good and more user friendly to give the user the option to choose between the light mode or dark mode like all other banks applications.

The isn’t getting updated yet. It’s been a week now since the update was released. Please help

The app has been working very well for me until February 24, 2023. Since then, it freezes after login and remains frozen until force quitting the app. Tried deleting then reinstalling twice, but the problem is unresolved. Incidentally, I’m running iOS 15.7.3 Follow up: The above problem has since been resolved. Thanks to the developers

I don’t know what to say; you guys don’t have a good website neither you have a good app. The app and the website look like a kid who was trying to develop a scratch game. You guys don’t even have the Apple Pay feature yet! All the other banks in Kuwait had it on day one. The app looks from the 70s and the website is just an absolute joke. Please improve your UI and hire a different development staff if you can’t do any of the modern UI’s or even design a modern website. Please don’t respond to me and tell me to call someone because at this point, you guys are a joke when it comes to development.
