I recently payed the 50p for a 7 day trial and 30 seconds after I payed the 50p they tried to take £23 out of my account but thankfully my bank blocked my card so they were unable to. On the day I “cancelled” my subscription they tried to take an additional £26 so now I can’t unblock my bank account and I’m going to have to set up a new one!

Yes . Agree with other people . It is a scam. Can’t access . No reset password emails etc.Takes money every month £ 26.49 and I can’t stop it . Trial £7 helped it sell to be a monthly payment. Now I need to work out how to stop that

a total scam, they say the free trial is 0.5 but then later on proceeds to take out 60 pounds from my account. please do not make the same mistake i did and do not download this app. refund is also not possible. i will have to contact my bank to block them.

I am only a teenager who looked at this app for guidance for losing weight. I initially paid 50p for a 7 day trial. Then out of nowhere they took £60 out of my bank which fortunately i blocked! I am currently in the process of talking to my bank to stop these b@stards from taking any more of my money. Please don’t download this app and please look at all the negative reviews of this app as some sort of deterrent for downloading it and Don’t make the same mistake as i and many other thousands of people have. Stay safe.

They have hidden payments and start taking money out of your accounts unauthorised, I paid for a £0.50 weeks trial and ended up getting charged so much more. They know exactly what they’re doing! Don’t fall for it

It is actually a scam taken money more than they showed. Now I need to go for a dispute to get the money back.
