Abnoxious service, taking money without my permission
Once I paid with my card, I have absolute zero Control over stopping my 3 months subscription. They just charge my account despite I’ve been trying to stop this. App gives no access to erase my card, neither does a browser. I contacted the customer service plenty of times, and they refused to cancel my „automatic subscription” saying that they have no power to do that. Nor do I. Only the service provider can do this. As far as I’m concerned, one could easily call that stealing money. BEWARE! You are buying an infinite subscription, not „3 months with automatic renewal”
