I’ve tried SEVERAL times to set up an account to attend an appointment and the link keeps taking me to the login page instead of the page to fill in my information and set up a password. I have contacted support 3 times and have missed 2 appointments due to this! Customer service is of no help. Don’t waste your time with this service
The able to app is easy to navigate and use, with helpful resources and the UI/UX is well done 👏 and layed out in a way that logically makes sense.

I’m on my fifth week of treatment sessions. I’m keeping logs of my treatment and writing about how I feel and my triggers that upset me. I am learning to have control and confidence again. My therapists were great, I’m looking forward to my newest therapist; however, my phone said spam… I am grateful to Ableto!
I love this app it has helped me but if I could change one thing about it , it would be the login process. I have to change my password every time I use this app.
This is a big problem when traveling, for example, being on an airplane and not being able to use relaxation and anxiety meditations.
When this app switched from Sanvello, they deleted years worth of my diary entries. They *claim* they sent every user an email, but they did not. If you value being able to look back on your progress, or just don't like being lied to by customer service, do not use.
After it taking a week and being jerked around multiple times and being rescheduled, I was finally ready for my first session with a therapist only to be ghosted by her. When I complained, she claimed to have called and left me a voicemail, but I show no missed calls and have no voicemail. If I wanted to get ghosted and gaslit, I would have downloaded Tinder instead.
Was forced to use this after sanvello shut down. What once offered 9 journal options, are now only 4. This is so disappointing. I don’t know what made this happen. But I will be deleting my account. Shame
