Poor KYC Verification process
Don’t think the app is ready to go global yet, can only support things in the US. Requesting for a lot of KYC information in bits and pieces and unclear instruction in terms of what is required or can be used for KYC purpose. Support team was unable to advise the real issue until after three times of inquiries!
