Abu Dhabi Police

I have contacted AD police over and over. No one will assist. You are told to file a case in MOI app for police. Still no response after days and no support. My passport was stolen and no one will view the taxi camera. What happened to caring for people? I have lived here for over 5 years and most people are helpful. Now everyone points to an app. This is not helpful.

Every time i try to make a payment to pay my fines I enter my card details and when it comes to the expired date I press on it and the whole screen goes black and it freezes.

البرنامج يسوي تسجيل خروج ومايطيع يسجل دخول من اسبوع على هالحاله عدلوو هالبرنامج المصخرره.

This App is apparently the major if not the only way to find out if someone was fined. This means everything should be either translated or the text should be able to copy for translation. No use to see a fine but not be able to read the details for it. Even the making suggestion feature from the App is only in Arabic. IMHO something that important when living in a foreign country should have more thought on integration everybody.

Not working, i was waiting for otp to be sent to my phone for several times and I’ve never received it. Definitely needs enhancements!!
