So the camera when it wants to be on works fine. Glitches during video playback which isn’t a real big deal. Don’t know what the difference is between the ap wireless and Wi-Fi cause both say I’m using my data. But my biggest issue is system updates. It says I’m not on the newest version but when i go to upgrade it gets to maybe 2% and that’s as far as it will get too. Even after waiting for an hour to touch my phone. Still 2%!!! If your going to sell on amazon then you need to be able to be reached or amazon shouldn’t sell your products anymore!!!

If you bought a camera that uses this app send it back for a refund. You may or may not get the app to connect to your camera. The first time I used the app it too over 25 attempts. I needed to set it up again at a new location and can not get it to connect.

So after reasing some comments about this app not working and stuff. I gave ut a try since i had to do it anyways to be able to watch my secret cam. And everything went straigt forward. Super easy and within 15 minutes i was ditting down and watching the camera thrue my cell phone. Worked for me. Thanjs

I’ve tried to get support but their website is a mess to navigate in English. The other review I read was spot on. It beeps all the time who’s means it’s telling you it’s a hidden camera. Can’t update the software or the app.

You can’t buy the cloud. It doesn’t work even if you have a and card in it. So how the h e l l are you supposed to view anything. This is the most trash app ever. Return the product just because this app is all that works for it. It’s from China so they are probably spying. They ask to allow everything when setting up this stupid app!!!!

You have to change your router (5GHz is bad - 2.4 only) and your WiFi password (no special characters) just to get this thing to work? Why? I bought it to make sure nobody comes in my AirBnb while I’m not there. I can’t just swap out the router and change the WiFi password to whatever I want. Junk.

I followed the directions EXACTLY as they were written in my camera instructions. It works perfectly for me except for one thing. If I try to use the camera unplugged, after a few minutes it starts beeping really loud. So I just have to keep it plugged in.

App will not connect to Bluetooth camera

Spend almost 4hrs trying to connect something that they claim takes 2 minutes. Camera pans and beeps, steps in user manual is missing at the set up, Bluetooth speaker works so I give it 1 star. Nothing else works! Email for customer support which to date I’m still waiting for a reply. Don’t waste your time!

Have a webcam that requires this app according to the manual and this application is crap! I agree with all other reviews but will add that there is no support. Wish the App Store would take this down. It is a waste of time!!!! Do Not waste your time with this app or anything that uses it.
