After I updated the app it’s just starts to crash. Cannot even see the start page. Not even fully loading. Please fix this.

I have three kids. It only shows one. It was supposed to give me options to load all three. When I log in it must further give me option of the child I want to view without logging off from the app.

Difficult to understand and no information on the app. Complete waste of time and money. Teachers do not use it and school does not use either but parents forced to use it. Plus no instructions anywhere.

Reports downloads don’t work on iOS, the pdf just flashes

Your app is horrible fix it! Why every time I try to enter my credentials it says incorrect when I’m in fact using the correct credentials 😡😡😡😡😡😡🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

The previous version allowed me to see current marks for subjects. Cass and summitive. Now I can only view previous completed reports.

It was very complicated to first understand the app and still doesn’t properly function to communicate marks properly. The live report function has annoyingly been removed with the most previous update and I don’t understand why. Nonetheless, I still had a problem with the live marks as the subject mark was always represented at 0% for some reason
