Acall Meeting is a check-in/check-out application for meeting rooms.
◆ Effective use of meeting rooms
Meeting room reservation can be made through Acall Portal and Acall Mobile, our smartphone application. You can also check meeting room availability and check-in to meeting room on Acall Mobile.
If a meeting room is available, you can start and even extend the meeting on the spot from Acall Meeting app on the iPad.
If the meeting ends earlier than scheduled, exit time is updated to the system in real time, which allows you to maximize the use of available space.
◆ Solve meeting room issues
By installing Acall Meeting in your meeting room, you can check meeting agenda and use it as a timekeeper. You can choose your favorite beverage and place order to the person in charge from the meeting room.
Reservations that are not checked in on time are automatically cancelled. This solves the problem of meeting room shortages caused by no-shows.
◆ Synchronization with Calendars
You can synchronize with Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar to reserve meeting rooms.
When you create an appointment on your calendar, you can reserve a meeting room and send an invitation email (with QR code) to your guests on the same screen at the same time.
◆ Easy meeting room status monitoring and management
On our dashboard, you can check the availability and usage status of each meeting room.
You can also check the status of whether drink service is required or whether the room has been cleaned before the meeting.
