Access Cleveland Heights allows users to submit service requests (potholes, tall grass, graffiti, etc.) directly to the city, where the request will be correctly routed to the appropriate department. CHUH??

If the city is now Cleveland Heights/University Heights- why can’t University heights residence use the app- this is absurd.

Useful for submitting and reviewing complaints

I have used this app (and the form on the website) for years and I’ve always thought it was a great tool not just for submitting complaints for for viewing other people’s complaints as well.

Doesn’t work

Says I am not connected to the internet when I am.

Stinks.

It now shows to sign in I can only sign in with a Facebook or Apple account. I created mine with my email address and used the account for years without a problem. Notified them about the problem, told it was fixed, but it still doesn’t work. 👎
