I’ve had nothing but great service and they always help a person out as much as possible. Very good credit union!

Hate this app. It regularly doesn’t load properly, crashes and makes banking unreliable. Nothing worse than not being able to control my own money because of the app. Attempting a quick e-transfer for something? Don’t bet on it. Need to do banking from a distance? Not likely. Need to check a transaction? Don’t rely on your phone. Face ID is your thing? Not consistently with this app. Almost ready to change credit unions. I was hoping the merger would provide the best of the bunch, but it’s actually getting worse.

Hard to believe i still can’t login 2 years down the road. Even after calling Access CU they still couldn’t fix the issue. Still the same error message “your login attempt was unsuccessful” by just typing in my username. This app shouldn’t be allowed to exist.

Useless, doesn’t work most of the time. Defeats the whole point of mobile banking if the app doesn’t function.

Says update available. Won’t work. Hasn’t for weeks. AppStore says no update. Useless. Need to use webpage.

Access needs to re-visit this app and look into getting a new developer. Garbage!

Worst app I’ve probably ever used. frequent and consistent glitches since the app was launched. I go through week long periods of 0 bank access. I’ve been banking with access since 7 years old and I’m 1 glitch away from withdrawing all my money and choosing literally any other bank.
