Terrible vehicles and customer service
Among all the sharing up I use, it’s the worst. The vehicles are so heavy that is quite difficult to drive. They often break down. Once you finish your ride, they steel you time asking to connect the helmets even if they are properly stored. My last bad experience with them was last week, I drove for a few meters and entered the no parking zone when the bike broke down. I couldn’t start it again. I called the customer service and waited for 15 minutes before somebody answered. Once I finally spoke to an operator he told me I had to push the motorbike out of the no parking zone. I asked for help cause, as I said, they are crazy heavy. At the end the finished my ride and charged me for €5.56. I’m still waiting for a refund after more than a week.
