This app is completely useless to me. If I need something on the go, it’s to read my previous encounter notes so I can help a patient on the run, not just create a new note. Accuro mobile was much better since I could see the full chart. Either update this app so I can see everything I need, or during back Accuro mobile.

Limited functionality; awkward to use; glitchy: I use a VPN and so this app “decides” my phone is “untrustworthy”. It’s ridiculous. Fix it please. We deserve so much better in any circumstances from an app but especially considering how much we pay for this EMR.

This does not let me see or do reports, labs, prescription renewals etc. So I still need to take my computer with me. Updates are needed to make this useful.

Perfectly acceptable for checking your schedule or uploading a photo. But that’s not a lot. And it doesn’t look like any functionality has been added in the last two years based on these reviews.

Worse than many other business/medical apps, unfortunately: have to frequently delete than reupload this app, and the utility is limited. Certainly we AccuroQHR paying customers deserve better. Please make it better.

The app is quite functional for checking appointment schedules and patient demographics. It is useful for writing a quick note regarding a patient. However what this app is lacking is the ability to access the patient’s medical information. To make this app really useful, this is desperately needed! Please add the functionality to open the patient’s chart.

As others have stated, limited utility beyond checking schedule and uploading photos. More recently the icon to initiate a phone call with patients no longer works. Need to cut and paste the number manually into iOS phone app. So frustrating.

An extremely basic app version to simply dictate or input notes. No ability to check or read notes, documents, inbox, edit appointments etc. I use it only to dictate via Siri to the notes or check my appointment list for the day. Beyond this, it’s unable to help me in any meaningful way.

Looks nice but poor functionality. - no labs - no mail - unable to see patient histories Other than that though…. Web applet isn’t working now. As a quick reference to pt’s and being on the go, not helpful. Very disappointing.

10 days ago a straightforward data split and since that time unable with Citrix version to email patients . Unable to bill. Accuro mobile does not work. Accurogo does not work. Largest medical office in city. Paralyzed. Hours of phone calls and escalations and no response on day 10. This is not a video game. This is patient care. Words cannot describe our anger at this company.
