Amazing App Awful Support

The application is amazing when it works! It used to work for several years and now it only works on my current location.when I’m searching for another location, for example, Barcelona, I’m getting the result that this location is not found. I already contacted the support and had several email exchange, and also tried uninstall and reinstall the application, without any success. Even though I’ve got a premium version, there is no solution provided by the support. they are aware of this issue, and this was the only thing they could tell me therefore I provide one star for the support and five stars for the app, of course, when it works.

not worth to spend money on this app

it has been raining cats and dogs for the whole morning and still os ... but accuweather keeps telling me that i am mistaken and that it is not raining at all! so much for accuracy!

The app gets frozen

I love this app but since last update it is unusable. It does not work when checking weather per hour or days. It jus get “frozen”

Good app with annoying ads

I’ve used this app for some time and appreciated overall. I got a subscription, but cancelled it, when suddenly annoying ads started to pop up every 2 seconds. A shame.

Don’t like new version

Graphics are nice but no real overview for rain and wind in the next days, one needs to gather this info via (too) many clicks. And a good memory. Not even easy for the current day. What a shame!

Best weather app I found

After being regularly disappointed with weather apps in general I tested 6 different ones for several weeks. Accuweather seems to give the most reliable forecasts and has a very handy rain monitoring system with eerie accuracy. For me it’s currently the most practical and accurate app on the Luxembourg app store.

Issues with new version

The new version 14.3.0 is buggy. It is trying to play a video of girls practicing fitness, and the video never stops and starts all over again. Blocks my whole screen, doesn’t allow me to exit, and cannot see any features of the app. Latest iOS version is running on my phone, so not sure what’s wrong with AccuWeather. Thanks for looking into it.
