The app very slow and need to fix search issues.

They say it’s due to an update but worst service ever

Unfortunately I bought via the app I wasn't satisfied with the item they collected it no is answering my calls till now they haven't issued my refund 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Very slow delivery, no efficiency, no sense of urgency, they say they will send confirmation email they don’t , calling several times no response then after responding the guy says if same customer don’t respond. After insisting that we need the thing he says maybe tomorrow maybe after tomorrow for an area that’s 5 mins away from their shop. Of course won’t order online again and won’t recommend.

Filtering search results close to useless. Product descriptions duplicated and haphazard. Can’t filter results by price or availability. The app provides no advantage from simply using the slightly better website.

Excellent job! Now we’re shopping locally in ACE store. You need to work hard on adding more items, more pictures and of course reorganizing some items into their right categories.

I had an account the first and second and third experience was great until I choose to pay cash on delivery then when you decide to update your App which I try’s many times to login or register or whatever and I reported after poor support no use nothing is right so I will delete it feeling sorry for my self

For ipad users, it’s very convenient to browse in landscape mode. It’s so frustrating to hold an iPad like an iPhone for extended time. So, it will be big help to update the app including landscape mode
