It’s easy to find affordable parking in downtown with this app.

You can’t even pay without Apple Pay because you can’t put the / into the expectation date

App not fixed. For phone mandatory phone verification of account, the keyboard covers the submit button and won’t go away after entering number.

I downloaded the app to pay for parking in La Jolla, but never had the time to actually complete the transaction. The app said the parking structure I was in cost $35 and was charging a $1 convenience fee. When I went to physically pay on my way out, the cost was only $25. Seems like a cheat to me.

Good luck trying to purchase a reservation online-was just charged four times and have no reservation confirmation. Call the “24/7” help line and you get an answering service.

App is easy to navigate and has event listing to chose from.

Too expensive

The morning Agent was awful! What appeared to be funny to her, was not funny to me. I begged for assistance with paying for electric for EV Car, which she found humorous at 4:30am having worked the graveyard shift. She then told me to sit and wait til 8:30am. I only needed a little Customer Service on how to purchase time for ACE PARKING. What a miserable piece of work this agent was. I hope she looses her job. 🙏🏾

It’s more convenient for ACE if you pay by app. They charge YOU a fee to do this. Horrible business practices.
