It’s wonky to use and I hate it because now all my friends ask me for save sell this does ace have that I hate my job but I like money sooooooo I’m stuck

I updated a month or so ago as the app would freeze. The new version has more key strokes to scan a UPC which is frustrating when trying to locate or put stock away. I liked the old one better.

The camera used by the app does not function well enough to capture the upc. When I use a Unitech MS910 to capture the upc the keyboard function disappears. The keyboard function does not return until I disconnect the MS910. This slows my time to assist customers.

Leaving this review for my Dad. He had an older iPhone and it would work perfectly when scanning items for prices, but he recently got a new IPhone 14 and the ability to scan isn’t as good as it was on the older iPhone. It won’t focus to pick up the barcode like it did on the older iPhone. You have to try scanning the barcode from afar to get it to scan, but it takes a while to scan. Im assuming the app has to be optimized for the iPhone 14 camera.

You have to constantly login. About as zippy as Alzheimer’s. This app couldn’t beet a slog. Might as well have people walk to corporate a do a physical count.. just poorly thought out and engineered.

Almost impossible to connect outside of wifi…making deliveries….wait 10 minutes to be able to close out the order. Way to close the sale…. Can’t make the customer stand there waiting for their signature!!! Camera (scanner) does not wok with iphone 14! Really going to need this in 3 weeks at convention!!! Call Sams Club if you can’t figure out…their scan & go works great! No audible notifications that there is an order. Kind of important?!?!?

This app is a great idea. Unfortunately, it’s not reliable and is in need of some major improvements. It rarely loads for me past even the opening page. Please FIX THIS APP. It’s ridiculous.

Somehow this is both the slowest and buggiest app I’ve ever used. Takes forever to load anything, crashes frequently, and several buttons vital to functions of the app are obscured off screen making it impossible to press them.

i’ve had this app for at least two years, and it absolutely never loads. now that backstock has moved to the app, it’s really causing me some issues trying to constantly get it to load or work. it’s not my internet or cellular service, because everything else works fine.
