Thank you so much Ace Line team. This is the best app for my iPhone 13 Pro Max . This app helps me with all of my Ace runs & it helps me with my distance shots and my putting shots. It makes all of my YouTube videos a lot more interesting and shows people how the disc flies in the sky. Thank you for making a fantastic app of the Ace Line app for the market.

It’s incredible how bad the automatic tracing is. The feature is branded as “trace with AI”, but clearly they’re not using an AI model (either at all, or one that is less than 5 years old). All it should take is to annotate a few thousand videos (or use videos that users have manually annotated for you…) for the model to be able to learn to look at the contrast between pixels and trace the white one. The “trace with AI” feature is just drawing straight lines from the start point - all while I can see the ball with the naked eye for 50% of the trajectory. @devs: take one of Meta’s latest open source vision models. Take a few thousand annoyed videos where someone has traced the shot manually. Fine tune as needed to ensure it’s decent at tracking the white pixels, and maybe a bit of math to predict the last 50% of the trajectory when the ball becomes smaller than 1 pixel. You’re charging for the app, when you aren’t delivering the actual promise, which takes a weeks worth of work to deliver. Spend less time on UI and design, and make sure your app can trace a shot…

Went thru and traced my shot, only to get thru the render process and be told that if I wanted to save the video I have to upgrade to a $30 or $40 paid subscription and it says I get one free save video every 10 days but I wasn’t even able to save my first video using only the basic features. Looks like I’ll be trying something else for my shot tracing.

The skip option is so far high in the upper right hand part of my screen it doesn’t allow me to go any further in the tutorial video. App is useless to me at this point

Man since when does this app cost this much and what’s the point of the original gold plan literally none of the features were available without upgrading

Works well. Made a quick video to test it out but when I tried to save it a message popped up informing me that I need to subscribe to save videos. I would have continued using the app if they offered even a basic version with a prominent, unremovable watermark. I would have probably ended up paying for a subscription just to be able to use all the bells and whistles like special effects and distance tracking and auto tracking etc etc.

Can’t even use the app and download videos from it without paying at least $20. Not gong to pay $20 for something I’m going to use that’s just alright quality. Won’t let you screen record either.

This is one of the only non-buggy options out there, but $179 for a one time purchase is insane and exploitive.
