A good initiative, however logging an issue does not work. There is no acknowledgement a report has been logged. Website works better than the app.

Doesn’t even open when required, so can’t even attempt to have to renter details to log in

Please can you add the option to save username and password. All my other apps allow it. It’s very time consuming and tedious to enter each time to check up and see the status to check on my relative. Can you also allow the app to be logged in automatically using FaceID Thank you

Very annoying that the app doesn’t remember tour user name and password (and won’t accept email address despite it saying email or user name). Having to enter these every time you go into the app is annoying. App just updated a few days ago and this still not fixed. Very poor. How difficult is it??

Useless as no option to create an account for a new user!

App changed format, can’t see how many trips it has done in a day ! Time not correct and have stopped receiving notifications which is important when checking on elderly family.

Have to log in ever time I check. Also a delay on position of chair, check at say 10 pm app says still at bottom, check later and it says went to the top at 9.30. Very frustrating and makes you worry more

This current update requires the user to log in every time the app is opened, if user credentials are now required every time the app is opened how about allowing the app to use FaceID, not good enough for a chargeable service!

No help info. Contact function doesn’t work. Can’t setup alerts.
