Tried to pay for parking twice. First time I got a confo plus an email with the invoice but when trying to exit, the machine showed the amount I still had to pay. Second one I typed in the ticket number and the app said the number was invalid. Not going to bother anymore.
The app is great especially the guide, maybe adding to the guide to where the shuttles and buses stop and collect at the public transport area would also be a great idea.
Seems like it’s so big that it will take hours to install. Goes from 5 minutes and then increases in time.
Every time you click something or go to a new screen you get a stupid pop up saying that you need to enable notifications to continue. I do not want your stupid notifications, please stop harassing me about it.
It doesn’t work when trying to pay for parking tickets!
You need the app to pre-book parking. The app doesn't accept any cards - credit or debit. So... You can't pre-book parking. Thanks ACSA!
While you can pre book parking on the app. The booms cannot read you card which means you either cannot go into the parking or you are stuck inside.
This app is frustrating and not user friendly at all and there are no alternatives. Well done on releasing crap!
