ACT Cabs - Book & Track

No driver ID. Unshaven and wearing a t shirt. Argumentative. Complain about how long to get paid using NSW taxi subosidy voucher. Did not under stand 50/50 payment. Poorly trained.

Excellent service, friendly drivers, and the app is better, more informative and easier to use than the app for the other local company.

My cab to take me to work has been Late both times I have ordered one.

Booked using app for an early morning ride to the airport. Taxi never showed up. Called their phone number, lady lies saying taxi is driving right up to to my house right now. I stand outside , this is now 6am, booking was for 5:45am, still no taxi. I called again asking her she said he was right there, she went ballistic on me and started saying she wasn't connected to the app and that she was a different service etc etc raised her voice and not once acknowledged the fact the original booking was for 5:45. Worst is she still lied about the fact that the taxi was on its way! Never using this service again!

Sends alerts every 10 seconds to say awaiting vehicle to be assigned. Doesn’t advise what vehicle is assigned often resulting in another vehicle picking you up, soon to be followed by a phone call from the assigned driver asking where you are. Auto populate addresses is clunky. Booking status changes regularly making it impossible to know when your vehicle when arrive.

Gave a booking reference but no confirmation cab was booked. Another cab turned up and assuming it was mine got in. Sort it out

Used the app to not only book but update my booking. Could track the car on the way. Driver was great and polite. Happy all round
