Action RPG: Moonshades

I first played this quite a few years ago, when it was very good, but also very small and in the early stages of development. Since then, this fantastic developer has managed to improve everything: more locations, more enemies, more spells, more items, more crafting options, mini games, even a house that you can build for yourself. Oh, and he keeps constantly updating it. The truly amazing thing, though, especially in this day and age, is that he’s managed to keep it from being yet another micro-transaction-infested “game”, like the many that litter the app store. It can be played and fully enjoyed in a completely free-to-play manner, if that is your choice, although I would advise buying at least a few quality-of-life items to support this tremendous work. Viktor, thank you for this gem of a game that you’ve created!

Been looking for a game like this for a long time. A classic dungeon crawler. Well done. Reminiscent of the game Dungeon Hack.

So far it reminds me of old school dungeon crawler games I played on my amiga 500. I just hope it doesn’t go the way of games today and aim only to fleece as much money from you as they can. it really doesn’t seem like It’s going to be that way. Again I love it so far.

Yep I’m old school. It’s a great game with tremendous effort. No bugs I’ve found, inventory management can be a pain, especially swapping and comparing which takes some fun out of it if it’s cumbersome. Thanks for your effort :) the developer’s passion is obvious! Have to amend the review …. :( Tried to play my current iPhone game on the iPad.. nope nothing there. If it doesn’t sync don’t say it does

I was looking for RPGs for mobile and it's been hard to find something genuinely fun. But when I found this game I knew it was really solid and worth playing. The turn-based combat is pretty neat to play with, good skill system, fun items, and characters you make on your own and shape their playstyle as you delve further into the dungeons. A good 9.8 out of 10 in my book, I recommend you download this.

I appreciate this title a lot. It’s my holy grail of gaming, an actual classic rpg on mobile. Thank you. The in-game rating links don’t work, BTW. What I wish it didn’t have. 1. Overly complex inventory management. When you have item management options that are there to help you manage other item management options (I’m talking about salvage here), you may have jumped the shark. I want to feel like I’m immersed in a fantasy world, not a grocery store aisle. What I wish it had. 2. A compelling narrative. Hire a writer and build an epic storyline. Insert some not-pointless quests that are about characters and plot, and definitely not about grinding for materials or doing some NPC’s busy work. You have the gameplay in spades. What are the heroes fighting for?

If you like the old game Dungeon Master this is similar without the food constraints and the puzzl s aren’t quite as complex

My account was just hacked by this app three hours ago with a duplicate purchase I made a week ago. This person is a parasite
